Mr. Hamilton has been a consultant/investor in the Real Estate industry since 2001. He proudly brings with him four years of professional experience as a realtor with Century 21 Canada as well as the invaluable skills he acquired as Director of Turquoise Capital Corp (TSX: TQC) since November 2012. Mr. Hamilton has also been part of MMJ Bioscience Inc., as a Director, from inception in February 2013 to January 2015. MMJ Bioscience Inc. (“MMJ”) is a licensee applicant under the Health Canada MMPR (“Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations”). MMJ is currently in the final stages of a merger with Phytotech Medical Ltd. (ASX: PYL) in a deal to be valued at approximately $30 million AUD.
